Animal Communicator, Intuitive and BodyTalk Facilitator

(Kathi, Plat, Morris & Fidgit)
Kathi as seen in this photo with: Morris (Orange), Fidgit (Black) and Platinum (Gray).
Kathi has worked for the government in several capacities from secretary to computer specialist. She also completed a union apprenticeship program to become the 10th female Heavy Equipment Operator Journeyman in Southern Nevada. Kathi is proud of the fact that she was unique - very few women can say they were able to type 90 wpm and operate a dozer or crane (both in the same day, if necessary).
Kathi & Son
Kathi preferred high-rise building projects during her 20-year construction career, operating man-lifts and elevators but she was forced to retire early from construction at age 48 due to a 2-story fall into an elevator shaft.
From Accident to Communicator
Kathi originally discovered her animal communication abilities after attending a Basic Animal Communication workshop with Founder, Penelope Smith, in 2000. Since that class, she read several books and practiced on her own animals. Construction work prevented her from moviing forward with Animal Communications...until the elevator accident enabled her to change directions. A good thing resulted from the accident. Kathi realized "an awakening of her intuitiveness". Kathi's intuitiveness was enhanced after she suffered a brain injury from the fall.
The accident also caused Kathi to search for ways to heal herself which led to BodyTalk sessions for her own healing. Interested in the unique modality, she attended a Module I and Module II BodyTalk class in 2006. She discovered with the help of her Spiritual Counselor, Denise, that combining Bodytalk and Animal Communication skills with her own intuitiveness was an unbeatable combination for her to use to help animals AND people heal themselves.
Her experiences have taught her that every animal has a story to tell and a lesson to teach as long as we listen. She considers it the greatest honor to work with such magnificent beings.
Kath has always loved animals. She recently had the privilege of conducting sessions for and communicating with many exotic animals including: Tiger, Leopard, Beluga Whale, Alligator, Ostrich, Binturong, Chimpanzee, Golden Eagle, Macaws, Betta Fish, Insects and more.
Today, she enjoys the quiet life and her indoor "Family Zoo" where all the family animals take turn helping her with her sessions.
Hobbies: BodyTalk, Animal Communications, grandkids, family (human and animal), poetry and writing (not necessarily in that order ;-) !
Web Master Extraordinaire

(Bob, Diamond, Fidgit & Morris)
Bob as seen in this picture with: Morris (orange), Fidgit (Black) and Diamond (gray).
Bob - Recently retired from construction as a Boilermaker turned Heavy Equipment Operator. Bob preferred dirt work operating dozers, loaders and backhoes. Since retirement, he's happy to spend time at home away from the traffic and stress of construction work. He enjoys the daily antics of our 10 cats, 1 red Betta fish and 1 mouse family AKA the "Family Zoo".
Bob has always loved animals and had cats as a kid. He brought the love of cats to Kathi who used to be allergic to them. (Yes - it is possible to resolve allergic responses to animals ;-) -- there are also homeopathic drops you can purchase to help with allergies to dust and animal dander - you can search for them online. I always keep a bottle on hand for guests who are allergic to cats.
Hobbies: Golf fanatic, computer whiz, guitarist and avid Kindle book reader.
COMING SOON!!!!
THIS SPACE RESERVED FOR MY COLLEAGUE, KAREN, WHO WILL BE CONSULTING WITH ME ON DIFFICULT CASES OR FOR THOSE WHO WANT THE SERVICES OF TWO COMMUNICATORS WORKING TOGETHER FOR THE BENEFIT OF THEIR ANIMAL!!!
It's a miracle!

7 cats on the bed (without coaxing) at the same time!
The morning this picture was taken, Kathi was getting ready to go in for the last surgery on her right ankle. All the cats united to let her know everything would be okay and they would keep the bed warm for her. This amazing incident has never happened again!

Hairy: 1987-2003 (age 16)
Hairy

Hairy was and still is a very special part of our lives.
Kathi was severely allergic to cats when she was younger. She finally outgrew the allergy when Hairy came into her life. Perhaps the allergy allowed her to be "available" for Hairy when he appeared in the Animal Shelter in 1987 and there was that instant connection!
Hairy stayed long enough to see Kathi through the worst of her surgeries a year after the elevator accident. A year after he died, he sent Kati to us. Kathi knew Hairy sent Kati because she was black and white and had several of Hairy's quirky mannerisms. She tucks Kathi into bed each night and she comes running when anybody flicks the bristles of the cat-brush for grooming time.
The loss of an animal is one of the hardest things to resolve (for animal lovers it is equal to the loss of a beloved human). We grieved for several years when Hairy died much too soon and so unexpectedly.
Thank you, Hairy!

Sherburne Mice Sanctuary

Kitty & Diamond watching MTV (Mouse TV).
Every year for the last 4 years one of my cats has brought a female baby mouse into the house. I rescue these "visitors" and placed them in a large terrarium with all the mouse amenities (wheel, food, den, wood, water, treats, insects, grass, etc.) The mice live the life of luxury for 3 years and exercise daily in front of their cat audience without fear. I am touched at the compassion and love the mice have for each other as a younger one will comfort and "hug" an older mouse as she is crossing. I believe this is the best of both worlds. The mice are protected and happy (or so they tell me) and the females are taken out of the breeding arena which reduces the mice population in the neighborhood. It's a win/win situation for the mice, the cats and us. I consider the mice family along with the cats and they all bring joy to our lives!

BodyTalk allows the body to "speak for itself" so it may address the issues it wants healed and in which order. The body's latent healing ability allows it to heal itself.
